Short Sales are a feasible way for buyers to find their next home at a reduced price. These sales often take longer than traditional home purchases, because the process involves coming to agreement with the seller's mortgage holder for a sale of the home for less than is owed on the mortgage.
REO's are properties that have been foreclosed on by the mortgage holder. These bank-owned properties are listed by REO managers with whom they have developed business relationships with. I have extensive experience with REO property purchases, and am skilled at finding properties, getting my buyers in FIRST, and getting the OFFER ACCEPTED!
